Turkmen Kangal Dogs
Turkmen Kangal Dog was established in 1990 with the imported Yaman of Turkmen. Today there are only 3 registeries outside of Turkey for the magnificent Kangal Dog from the Sivas-Kangal region of Turkey. They are the United Kennel Club (U.S.), the Australian Kennel Club, and the New Zealand Kennel Club. All Turkmen Kangal Dogs are registered with the United Kennel Club. Our dogs are raised on our farm and are bred to preserve the traits of the true-type Turkish Kangal Dog: correct coat, color, conformation, and –most of all – disposition. Kangal Dogs are noted in their native Turkey for their devotion to their owners and their courage.
