standards schnauzers are a german breed. They were known centuries ago as watchdogs and stables terriers. Nowadays, it’s a wonderful family dog called «the dog with the human brain». He loves his owners, especially children, and is naturally guarding them. Not a barker, this dog is going to alert you if there is any intruder. He loves a sporting family, having to work or play to be really happy. In good hands, he can perform in any sport, from obedience and agility to tracking, or explosives detection… Georges is world over well know for his wonderful ability to detect specific human diseases. Lot of schnauzers were used as red cross dogs, to transmit messages and find wounded soldiers during the first world war. Mila ist Österreichischer Jugendchampion und auch erfolgreich im Hundesport
Das ist meine süsse Maus Mila (Kiki Una von der Villa Simmler). Sie ist ein begeisterter Agility-Fan und mein allerliebstes Schätzchen. Mittlerweile ist sie 4 Jahre alt und wurde Gott sei Dank auch noch nicht von einer Dilatativen Cardiomyopathie dahingerafft. Möge sie uns lange erhalten bleiben!
Den österreichischen Jugendchampion hat unsere Mila mit links geschafft und einmal haben wir sie auch in der offenen Klasse ausgestellt wo sie auch prompt gegen grosse Konkurenz gewonnen hat. Ein schöner Abschluß ihrer Ausstellungskarriere. Frauchen mag nicht mehr. Agility gefällt uns besser!
