Augustus (Gus) and Dot are brother and sister and live in England with my wife and I. They are only 2 of less than 40 Segugio Italiano Short Hair Dogs in Britain. We have given up hope of introducing new blood into the UK as the Italian Authorities only seem interested in hunting, but not promoting the breed. We waited 5 months for a response to our emails to both Italian Authorities and only one Society replied and referred us to the other Society who in turn did not bother to reply to us at all. No matter, we are adding a Leonberger to our family. His name will be Caesare as he was born by caesarean and is only 11 days old. I will post a photo of him in 2 months. Email: jimdeb@ntlworld.com
