«Astuta dei Ronchi» genannt Karamel ist die erts deutsche Braccohündin im ersten deutschen Braccozwinger Stedinger. Sie ist jagdlich ausgezeichnet. Sie gewann viele Titel wie Bundessieger, deutscher Champion und wurde schon mit 10 Mon. auf der Weltsieger in Dortmund gegen andere Champions beste Hündin. Auf langen Reisen bis nach südasien bewährte sie sich als Begleiter am Pferd in Gebirgen und Wüste. Viele ihrer Nachkommen in Polen, Italien, Deutschland, Holland, Chile, USA und Ungarn sind hervorragende Jagdhunde und Champions. Karamel ist mit 12 Jahren immer noch topfit und geht mit zur Jagd!
